UCE was established in Hong Kong. During this period, the company undertook equipment renovation projects and produced peripheral dosing tanks, loaders/unloaders, and other equipment.
Set up a factory in Nanlian in Longgang, Shenzhen for mass production of single/double panel equipment.
Built a factory on self purchased land in Ailian in Longgang, Shenzhen, for mass production of multi-layer equipment.
Built a factory on self purchased land in Wulian in Fenggang, Dongguan. During this period, UCE cooperated with Italian Company IS to launch scrubbing equipment and successfully developed and mass produced Desmear and PTH equipment at the same time.
Built a 2nd factory on self purchased land in Wulian in Fenggang, Dongguan. Succesfully developed and mass produced VCP/DVCP and Immersion Tin equipment, which allowed UCE to offer customers a full range of PCB wet process equipment solutions.
Launched the vacuum etching machine in cooperation with German PILL; UCE moved from Shenzhen to Zhutang in Fenggang, Dongguan, and started successful mass production of automated loaders/unloaders and temporary storage equipment.
Mass production of contactless VCP/DVCP's officially begins, and UCE cooperates with Chemitron Japan to launch the Hyper Etching Machine; the Jiangxi Universal Circuit Board Equipment Co., Ltd. factory is put into operation.
Horizontal plating equipment has been officially put into mass production, and can be used in the "three-in-one" process of horizontal desmearing + PTH + flash plating, horizontal VIA Fill plating, and horizontal thickened copper plating processes;The second phase factory of Zhutang, Dongguan headquarters is put into operation.
